Booking Information
Service Days: Saturdays & Sundays
Pick-Up Times:

Suffolk County: Little Joe’s Pizza, Wheatley Heights — 5:30 AM

Nassau County: Roosevelt Field Mall, Garden City — 6:00 AM

Optional Home Pick-Up: Within Suffolk & Nassau (+$20 each way per passenger)

Drop-Off: Wallkill Correctional Facility (Wallkill, NY) or Fishkill Correctional Facility (Beacon, NY)

Fares:

Adults: $100 round-trip per seat
-
Children (10 & under): $80 round-trip per seat.

Every passenger must have their own seat. No lapping children permitted.
Booking Window:
Reservations can be made up to 3 weeks in advance.
Booking closes each week on Thursday at 12:00 PM for the upcoming weekend trips.
Policies:

No Refunds: Passenger cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable.

Trip Minimum: 4 passengers required. If the minimum is not met and the trip is canceled by The Brother Load, a full refund will be issued.

Pickup Timing: Times may vary depending on route and traffic; final pickup times are texted Friday evening.

Home Pick-Up: Available for +$20 each way per passenger. The passenger must provide town & full address and be ready 15 minutes early.

ID & Luggage: Government-issued ID required. One small bag per passenger. No prohibited items.
Loyalty Offer:
Every 4th completed round trip earns 50% off the base fare (offer valid through December 31, 2025).
